30-day returns

If you don't love your Fribrush brush, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email Fribrush@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within one business day.

Condition

Returned items should be in clean, resellable condition. Light use is fine — we just ask that you wipe it down before sending it back.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover it.

Damaged on arrival

If your brush arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
