Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 72 hours of dispatch.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders over $45. Otherwise a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder first, then reach out.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country charges.
